Native of Nepal and growing up in Japan, Surabhi Acharya studied languages and cultures at Kyoto Junior College of Foreign Languages. She has fluency in Nepali and Japanese and is interested in religions and cultures of South Asia. Currently, she is designing websites for OCHS with an active role in media editing and curating the art pieces at the Centre. She is also assisting OCHS Summer University website maintenance and Rethinking Hinduism in Colonial India project weekly lectures and website maintenance.
