Fundraising at the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies

The OCHS Development Planning Committee works to raise funds in support of our academic activities, to support our students, and for a new and permanent home in Oxford.
Our trademark is built on world-class scholarship and the promotion of understanding, deep connections, and social cohesion, and we embody a non-political, and non-sectarian view of Hinduism. This view is reflected in our fund development strategy.

Our funds support:

  • Academic posts, research programmes, and teaching.
  • Scholarships and bursaries for students.
  • Buildings and infrastructure.,
