Her work reimagines classical Indian motifs from textiles and temples to jewellery and miniature paintings ,through the discipline of British confectionery art. By merging historical craftsmanship with contemporary sensibilities, Prachi’s creations act as edible bridges between cultures, highlighting the shared values of devotion, precision, and beauty.
She serves as the Head Judge at Cakeology & Indian Cake Awards and is the first Indian Ambassador and Senior Judge at the International Cake Show Australia. Her pioneering vegan royal icing, now used by artists worldwide, reflects her commitment to sustainability and conscious artistry.
